General Policies

Cancellation Policy and Scheduling:

Due to the popularity of our medical spa services, we highly recommend that you call and make an appointment for services. However, we will always do our best to assist any walk-ins. A major credit card is required to hold your appointment(s). Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance . This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time, as well as others. All services re-scheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of scheduled treatment. If appointments are missed with no prior notification, 100% of treatment will be charged. For consultations that are not cancelled within 24 hours, $75 will be charged to your credit card. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment, charged at the full price.

We ask the first time patients arrive at the office 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete necessary paperwork. Existing patients should arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their appointment time.

Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy, if wheel chair access is required, or other special requests.

Refunds (Products and Procedures)

Unless there is an allergic reaction to a product within the first 24 hours, there are no returns or refunds.  There are no refunds on any treatments or procedures.

Payment

We gladly accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, CareCredit, Cash & Checks. There is a $30 fee for all returned checks.

MedSpa Etiquette

We request that you leave babies & children under 15 at home. Turn off your cell phones, pagers, blackberries, and ipods. This is your time to relax and have your health-care professional assist you in your needs.
